I am an experienced and well-versed therapist. My careers in teaching, business, and my background in science enables me to frame ideas, observations and concepts in simple, straightforward ways. 

I have a great deal of passion and energy for the work
I do and believe in being direct;  gently pushing clients -not shoving them.  I help people to recognize the underlying issues that are actually driving their behaviour - issues that work against the positive intent of their character and jeopardize 
the life they want to lead.
